To ensure success as an application support engineer, you should possess extensive experience in providing application support in a fast-paced environment. Top-Notch application support engineers distinguish themselves by being proactive in providing application support. Roles and Responsibilities

• 1-5 years of work experience on Application support.
• Should have insurance knowledge.
• Respond to client phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Follow up on tickets on a daily basis
• Close tickets when the issue is resolved and client has confirmed, with complete and accurate documentation.
• Escalate tickets to higher level support and continue to follow up until client issue is resolved.
• Perform routine maintenance on client site databases and applications
• Maintain and provide high level customer service
• Diagnose software/operator problems and recommend solutions
• Guide customers in the using software applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technological problems
• Excellent English communications.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Proficient in MySQL
• Understanding of Web applications
