Application Engineer
Job Description
: Your Tasks: Understand technical product requirements and ensure R&D approval for engineering proposals, product drawings, and samples. Prepare and implement the product testing strategy, identifying appropriate test vehicles with support from the service team. Provide technical support for local purchase, prototype development, manufacturing, and QA teams during New Product Development. Manage new product validation, including preparing DVP&R (Design Verification Plan & Report), coordinating testing with local test centers, and deriving test procedures and duty cycles. Conduct failure investigations on products installed in vehicles to perform root cause analysis. Your Profile: Candidate from Engineering background with 5 to 10 Years of experience. You should have a strong technical background and understanding of product development processes. Prior experience in product testing, validation, and failure investigation is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to maintain a close relationship with customers and effectively support cross-functional teams in the development process.
