Experience: - 1- 5 Years Education:

Competent in the use of electrical engineering software
Strong understanding of electrical manufacturing processes
Able to problem solve and troubleshoot as the need arise
Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications
Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards
Use computer-assisted engineering software (AutoCAD) to perform engineering tasks
Preparation of Bill of Materials
Selection of Electrical components like MCB, MCCB, MPCB, Contactor , Relays
Support manufacturing department with product development and testing
Provide quality assurance for ongoing projects
Keep current with the latest technical innovations in electrical engineering
Determine current capacity of pumps (motor), fan & chiller
Provide Electrical Motor specification & sizing as per utility requirement
As per process/ utility requirement, proper VFD to be sized and selected
As per ampacity of loads, power cable sizing needs to be done for all electrical loads in HVAC, system, basically pumps & fan motors
Needs to provide protection against faulty condition
Preparation of Operational and Maintenance Manuals
Preparing drawings for PLC Panels, DOL Starter Panels, Star Delta Panels, VFD Panels using AutoCAD Electrical
