\'Develops and executes the Application Engineering activities within the sub team to support the Segment in achieving short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market growth.
Executes department policies according to guidance from Team Lead as well as Head of Application Engineering Conveying Solutions.
Ensures compliance with company policies & procedures and takes appropriate action when breached.
Supports with Technical Consulting to prepare for over-proportional profitable growth in the Sales Channels.
The incumbent is responsible for executing the segment\'s strategy in her/his respective area.

Qualifications

\xe2\x96\xaa University degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical Engineering preferred; Chemical, materials Engineering, considered)
\xe2\x96\xaa Technical or science studies (university / university of applied science)
\xe2\x96\xaa 1-2 years professional experience in project management, technical sales, application engineering, technical consulting or R&D
\xe2\x96\xaa Basic project management experience, especially in international business environment
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience with working in intercultural & interdisciplinary teams of advantage
