Position Overview

Ralph Lauren India team Located in bengaluru(On site) is looking for a Azure Data Engineer to join the IT team to deliver ETL design solution

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Work closely with different functional team to align requirements and document the requirements into technical user stories.

Liaise with internal stakeholders in different region and external vendors on delivering ETL solution.

Involve in software development lifecycle from requirement analysis, technical design, implementation, documentation, and deployment.

Design and implement the ETL solution using the latest technologies and industrial best practices.

Document requirements, design, architecture and test scripts.

Build and manage strong relationship with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Communicate risks, issues, challenges and status/progress of the projects.

Identify recurring issues and work with different stakeholders to provide workarounds and permanent solutions.

Work with Corporate IT team to align on application roadmap and best practices.

Provide technical leadership on design, development, and delivery of software solutions.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Must Have to have 5 years of industry experience with minimum 3 years of Azure ETL

Data Engineer will be responsible for the Design and implement the management, monitoring, security, and privacy of data using the full stack of Azure data services to satisfy business needs

Strong working experience in Implementation of Azure cloud components using Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Catalogue, LogicApps & FunctionApps, Azure monitoring, Storage account, etc.

Experience of Azure DevOps tools with CICD implementation

Hands on with ETL (Extract, Transform and load) design and streaming data flows

Data Modelling experience Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Azure (primary)

Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSRS), other data warehouse and ETL technologies.

Should have experience working in Agile projects with knowledge in Jira

Experience in leading a team in working with various counterparts in different locations and time zones.

Good written and spoken English with strong communications and interpersonal skills.

Process Improvement/Re-engineering experience.

Membership of relevant professional institution.
