Summary: As an Application Automation Engineer, you will engage in delivering predictive and intelligent delivery approaches that leverage automation and analytics. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the automation of delivery analytics, gathering insights from data to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for automation and implementing solutions that streamline processes and improve overall performance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Analyze existing processes to identify areas for automation and improvement. - Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure quality and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other automation tools such as Appium or TestComplete. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience in scripting languages such as Python or Java. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
