Act as liaison between counselors, students, and parents; respondpromptly to queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Attend refresher/university training sessions to stay updated.
Drive student participation in Admission Days and Education Fairs through calling and engagement.
Maintain accurate student data, follow-ups, and records.
Coordinate gifting at Offer and Visa stages.
Assist in IELTS bookings and review processes.
Attend sessions with counselors, capture notes, and manage follow-ups.
Collaborate with counselors to prepare personalized university/course options.
Guide students on document submission; review/edit SOPs, CVs, LORs.
Compile and submit applications; monitor status and escalate delays.
Draft emails, track acknowledgments, and offer letters.
Update students, assist in scholarship applications.
Work with internal teams to resolve student issues and ensure a seamless journey.
