Applicationadministratorsadminister Hatchscomputersystems and play an important role in technical software support andassociatedimplementations.They have theresponsibility to ensure applications operate in a manner thatsupports Hatch projects and corporate systems.
They respond to tickets and serve asacontact/liaison for functional users, project systems managersand IT technical staff for technical issues. They provideapplication-level expertise,augmenting the skills and the expertise available via the service desk.
They take direction from the AMS Lead and System Administration Technology Lead.
They work with the global TechnicalImplementation Specialists andrelevant ProductManagersto understand the requirements for each system used on a specific project in resolving technical issues.
As the successful candidate, you will:
Provide technical support for allenterprisesystems and software componentsin a complex mission critical environment
Manage, support, and resolve complex software, vendor, and proprietary technical issues
Monitorapplications,application servers,document and analyze problems, and publish maintenanceschedules
Identify and resolve medium to highly complex production problems for support of applications
Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions
Identify proactive solutions for recurring technology occurrences to benefit the business
Maintain system documentation
Maintain and provide infrastructure improvements toexisting database applications
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
Maintain SLA,systemavailability,capacity management andperformance KPI
Collaborate and interact with various stakeholders including the ICT team
Work closely with application development teams and vendors to tune and troubleshoot applications
Plan and coordinate testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly in current and future environments
Willing to work after hours as part of a global team
Lead and participate in efforts to develop and implement processes for application and system monitoring
Lead and participate in efforts to implement application updates to include upgrades, patches and new releases
Undertake integration between various systems using available API's and web services
Adhere to standards and processes for systems in Hatch
Responsible for the process from Development to Production release

Experience
Minimum3-5 years experience in the Information Technology field
3 years hands-on experience in application administration and operational systems support (day to day operations includinginstallation, upgrade,configuration, troubleshooting, debugging, patching)
Experience with at least oneof the followingDesign Tool platforms:

Engineering Data Manager
Experience on failover, high availability, disaster recovery, business continuance
Experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness
Experiencewith SQL querydevelopment databases
Exposure to any of the following enterprise systems: SAP, OpenText Content Server, Bentley ProjectWise, MS SharePoint
Exposure to Azure DevOps
