Position Summary Purpose We are looking to create a best of breed open source DevOPS platform with an associated agile Development process. You will need to be technically brilliant, commercially savvy with excellent communication skills. You Will be working to select, combine, adapt and tune existing best-of-breed Open Source software components as a combination of Application Development and Application Management. New software will be created as required to meet customer requirements Duties & Responsibilities Functions . Strong Experience in Linux/Unix Platform. . Strong Experience in Devops. . Strong knowledge and experience on Microservices & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift). . Experience with automation/configuration management using either Ansible, ControlM, Puppet, Rundeck, and Chef or an equivalent. . Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (experience with Azure is Preferred) . Strong experience with SQL and NOSQL databases, Oracle, MSSQL, PostgresSql, MySQL and MongoDB. . Strong knowledge and Hand on experience on CI/CD pipelines and workflows. . Strong knowledge and Hand on experience on Terraform (Cloud management via code). . Strong Experience in the CI/CD tools Github Actions/Runner, Azure Devops and Jenkins. . Support software environments, build, release, deployment and operational issues. . Must be able to adjust to constant business change, including new requirements and emerging technologies. . Strong Knowledge of Scripting languages (Java Scripts, Go, PHP, Python, Perl, Ruby. PowerShell, bash) . Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service . Perform root cause analysis for production errors . Strong Knowledge of Elastic Search Stack(ELK). . Strong knowledge of Data Serialization using JSON, XML, BSON and YAML. . Experience in Agile development methodology and Scrum. . Experience in working with Confluence and JIRA. . Knowledge of agile process, Scrum, and Continuous Integration (CI) . Explore up-and-coming technologies and software products . Exposure to work in DevOps or Agile (Scrum) delivery teams . Experience in Tomcat, Nginx, Apache and Weblogic . Responsible for optimization and automation of activities such as test, build, deployment, and production management . Networking fundamentals (networking/routing/firewalls). Supervisory Responsibilities Reporting Relationship Qualifications Qualifications Full Time Graduates / Post Graduates in: BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MCA / MCM / MS Must be able to speak and write English with advanced proficiencies and experience speaking with international customers is a plus. Should be highly motivated and energetic individual Willingness and ability to operate in several different technical disciplines is a must. Willing to work in Shifts.
