Support, plan and ensure implementation of marketing and communication initiatives, promotion and customer engagement programs, sales enablement and internal communication for the HUB. Responsible for the marketing and communication plan, to meet regional business objectives, aligned with the HUB, global BU and company strategy. This position requires close collaboration and alignment with different teams across the organization, HUB marketing and sales, application engineering and regional product manager teams, regional and local communications and the global BU marketing and sales organizations. Your responsibilities

  • HUB Marketing campaign management and execution.
  • Webinars, CTTs, customer transformer trainings.
  • Customer engagement activities and events. Selection, evaluation or regional level events. Lead and project manage HUB/BU events in region in collaboration with cross-functional/cross-business teams.
  • Proactively gather customer feedback, customer voice, success application cases to generate external articles, white papers and communication stories, with focus on creating appealing and attractive stories.
  • Updated product/service value propositions adapted to the regional needs.
  • Internal Sales enablement plan and training activities for the HUB and regional M&S teams.
  • Drive and coordinate the follow up actions from the marketing activities, leads contact, qualification and follow, influencing Customer experience and gain consistency and effectiveness by identifying gaps, finding and implementing solutions, managing internal education.
  • Track the return of marketing investment (ROMI) for the marketing activities. Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and improve the understanding of customer needs through data intelligence gathered from digital tools. Capture, update and follow up relevant analytics, KPI and follow up dashboards (SFDC and Power BI) in coordination with the BU marketing operations team.
  • Drive the external communications HUB activities in coordination with the regional and global communications teams, among others:
  • Media and content - editorial and writing of press releases, trade media stories, blogs, web stories
  • Social media initiatives.
  • Marketing collaterals development according to the regional needs, videos, presentations, infographics, brochures, posters etc.
  • Keep updated the regional content of the transformers web pages.
  • Maintain a library of relevant product/projects/site related photos and film shoots, image bank, graphics and product/service documentation.
  • Keep connected the organization with the external market & customer reality and create inside awareness of customer focus. Drives and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration
  • Regularly provide updates on the progress of the Marketing and Communications activities. Reviews and analyzes performance against standards and prepares improvement plans.
  • Maintains and encourages a positive and integrated network in internal and external marketing and communication communities to promote knowledge of current practices and innovation. Drives and ensures knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration.
Your background
  • Solid B.A./B.S. degree and a minimum of 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in marketing, communications or related roles within the technology sector.
  • 5+ years of marketing, brand and/or marketing communications experience in B2B environment (prefer technical / industrial environment) \xe2\x80\x93 Energy/power segment preferred.
  • Experience in marketing metrics, ROIs and reporting.
  • Proven track record in developing analytical and digital marketing skills as well as knowledge of lead generation practices and performance-based digital marketing.
  • Basic understanding of lead generation and marketing automation (preferably with Eloqua) and SFDC.
  • Cross functional communication skills (i.e internal, external, media, digital, marketing communications).
  • Fluent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel on business assignments.
  • Analytical mindset (i.e. marketing measurement, new market analysis).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for distilling down complex ideas into customer-friendly language.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills with top-notch attention to detail and the ability to move projects forward independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external partners at all levels.
  • Ability to leverage analytics to inform strategy.
  • Passion for innovation and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
