The team you would join:
The Global Analytics and Technology function at Sun King helps us build technology enabled solutions based on data driven insights. We have a team of data scientists, data engineers, analysts, technical architects, android developers, web designers, backend engineers, product managers and UI/UX developers working on developing cutting edge solutions for the underserved billions to solve our business problems (Example: last mile delivery, Credit underwriting, credit risk management, Distribution channel digitization, churn management etc.)

About the role:
The Product Manager Intern will work to help Sun King roll out intelligent, tech-enabled solutions to solve a large variety of our business problems. We are looking for candidates with an affinity for technology and automations, curiosity towards advancement in products and strong communication skills for our in-house software development team. We are looking for someone who is self-enthusiastic, eager learner and demonstrates great attention to detail to ensure a smooth experience for all our stakeholders.

What you would be expected to do:

• Gather and refine requirements from various stakeholders.
• Create Use Cases, Flow Charts, Mock Screens, PRDs for business requirements, user requirements, functional & non-functional requirements and system requirements
• Learn the product and use it to resolve stakeholder queries/issues
• Create documentation on the current product, build assets such as FAQs, learning content, onboarding videos.
• Work towards offering a great developer experience by ensuring best practices around API documentation.
• Conduct Primary and Secondary research around the products and industry.
• Responsible for testing of applications/solutions/web panels at various stages of the life cycle
• Learn use cases of cutting-edge technologies and find out how to leverage them for use cases such as customer onboarding and support.

You might be a strong candidate if you:

• The ability to structure and analyse ambiguous problems
• The ability to communicate ideas clearly through workflows, feature descriptions etc.
• An understanding of databases, APIs and are keen to learn new technologies.
• An eye for to detail
