Introduction: Fast Forward program team is responsible for delivering channel agnostic institutive & intelligent solution, resilient platform to adopt changing market conditions, reduce cost and accelerate delivery by transforming existing software systems, Simplification of product, tech stack, integration patterns and optimizing technology architecture is the key areas to work . The person will provide hand on tech leadership to transformation program using technologies of Java/J2EE, AWS, microservices and CI/CD. The person will drive the build and development for mortgage platform. What will you be doing Following are key activities expected from the role for Lead E2E Integration Engineer Deliver projects within agreed timescales and budgets Develop and maintain effective relationships with teams across the organisation, ensuring effective delivery of applications into the production environment Liaise with technical delivery managers, keeping them updated on release progress against milestones, risks, issues and finances Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships Identify own development needs and proactively drive development of own capability, using all available means, to achieve world class standards Support/Lead evaluation and review of emerging delivery methods, tools and standards. Apply new ways of working as appropriate Collaborate with the application support / service teams to ensure smooth transition of applications into their BAU environments Ensure that all governance, risk policies, procedures and compliance policies are adhered to . Making sure the platform and tech stake is as per the organizations strategic roadmap. What we\'re looking for: Drive for results & Problem Solving Quality - High Standards & Controls Effective team player Logical, analytical approach to problem solving Flexible approach and ability to work under pressure Consistent internal customer focus in a demanding environment Sound time management and organisational skills Good written and oral communications skills Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills Skills that will help you in the role: Graduate in Computer Engineering or equivalent IT stream Strong experience in Java/J2ee, Spring Framework, Middle-ware development, Java 8 features Strong understanding & experience of CI/CD tool sets - Jenkins, Schell script, Docker, Chef Strong experience in AWS Cloud Services - CLI, EC2, ECS, RDS, Cloud Formation. Strong skills in Clean, Efficient & Secure Coding, Refactoring, appropriately uses of Design Patterns. Experience in working with Junit, Mokito, TDD, Agile-Scrum methodologies Experience in working with Micro-services, REST API, API Modelling, Service Mesh. Good experience in Git, SonarQube, Jacoco, Gradle/Maven Knowledge in integrating application with monitoring and alerting frameworks AppD, ELK, Kibana Hands own experience of managing technical end to end deliveries and team size of 4-5 developers Functional knowledge in mortgage industry will be an added advantage. Hands-on experience in delivering end to end value addition. Stakeholder management Good technical plus ability to drive technical discussion and decision. Mentoring and directing the team.
