Your role

We're looking for [Facilities Officer] to:

• Developing, implementing, and overseeing policies and procedures for effective facility management.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities including maintenance, repair, cleaning services, hospitality, events, Transport operations etc.
• Monito KPI for suppliers (Facilities)
• Establishing and enforcing safety protocols in all Mumbai facilities to ensure employee health, safety and well-being.
• Monitoring compliance with local codes and regulations regarding building safety and fire prevention.
• Review utilities consumptions and strive to minimize cost.
• Handle insurance plans and service contracts.
• Perform analysis, forecasting, drafting management reports

Your expertise

• Strong presentation skills
• Proven experience in Administration & Facilities or relevant position
• Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
• Competent writing and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of operating in Special Economic Zones.
