Responsibilities

Strategy

The role is accountable for tactical and operational support for production services, across one or more areas of specific platform/domain.

To ensure maximum service quality and stability through fast and effective response to technical incidents, and to be a catalyst for change via analysis and identification of continual service improvement opportunities. Depending on the area of technical specialisation, in addition to incident resolution and prevention, it may also be involved in a control capacity to ensure that new changes to the technology estate do not introduce instability.

Business
  • Working experience 3 to 5 years
  • Sounds strong in T24 technical knowledge
  • Hands on support experience minimum of 4 years in T24
  • Debugging, analysis and troubleshooting skill
  • Good in the stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 communication and experience in the vendor management would be advantage.
Processes
  • Working experience in banks or financial institutes
  • Knowledge on T24 especially on equities, Capital Markets and wealth products
  • Exposure to non technical areas such as Risk & Control, Operations
People & Talent
  • For potential high priority, S@R, medium/high severity incidents, provide end-to-end support and implement resolution to resolve incidents within SLA
  • Debug and come out with initial root cause analysis for S@R, medium/high severity issues, ensure all follow up action points are carried out
  • Responsible for the stability of the production system. Direct second and third level of support for problem diagnosis and resolution as per the agreed SLA\'s. Tracks the adherence to SLA\'s / OLA\'s.
  • Responsible for implementation of the production related changes, releases and rollouts with zero or minimal impact to the stability of the application.
  • Responsible for managing, tracking and timely closure of risks and other compliance related issues in risk related systems
Risk Management
  • Participate and run contingency (DR/BCP) processes.
  • Provide inputs to PSS manager for low priority incident trending
  • Participate & support in cross-training and knowledge transfer activities within support teams
  • Run & monitor T24 CoB runs
  • Raise product issues with vendor & follow up for solution
Governance
  • Awareness of eco system including other surround applications involved & work with them for operational activities as needed
