Position Overview: EquityPandit is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executives to help us expand our clientele. They play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company\'s customer base. The primary objective of a Business Development Executive is to build strong relationships with potential clients and close sales deals. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Promote the company\xe2\x80\x99s products/services addressing or predicting clients\xe2\x80\x99 objectives.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Skills:
  • Proven working experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Stock Market knowledge is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, analyze challenges, and propose innovative solutions.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and MS Office applications.
