Working experience on CMMI or equivalent quality system Implementation, preferably should be an ATM or FAR member ? Should have experience on process definition ? Should be able to do audits, reviews on projects, get metrics of projects ? Should be able to handhold project teams on process implementation ? Should be able to do metrics analysis ? Should be able to report the project health and drive improvements ? Should be able to mentor project teams on the best process to be followed ? Should be able to make presentations to customers ? Should be passionate about quality and process ? Should have good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills ? Exposure to Project Management background ? Preferable to have some exposure to statistical techniques Role Details: ? Facilitate the process and delivery responsibilities. ? Identifying the best suited process for the project/account ? Mentoring projects teams to implement processes ? Driving process improvement initiatives within the group ? Conducting quality related trainings ? Facilitating project governance mechanisms - reviews, audits and track the project health ? Interact with senior management - provide visibility ? Interact with customer - provide visibility.
