Description Job Specification: HU Testing - Tester (Android framework) Education & Training Bachelors in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication Engineering or related field Experience Minimum 4 years\' experience as Software Test engineer. Successful track record and experience in software application testing. Agile Process know-how. Skills Strong experience in Testing domain. Strong experience in Manual Testing, Test case creation and execution. Good knowledge in Test automation (eg: Python) Good experience in Unit Testing and Integration Testing. Good knowledge of SW-Version-Tools like SVN, GIT etc., Excellent communication and ability to work in multi-location Teams. Job Responsibilities Development of Test specification and Test execution for HU applications and Android apps. Development of Automation test cases for all possible scenerios. Development and execution of Manual testing which is not possible to automate. Being QA Guide for the team in terms of Static tool analysis, unit testing, coverage etc. Flashing and owning the Test bench set up with different scenarios of the HU Setting up the build and integration testing tool chain for HU testing. Enabling the team to use the Test bench remotely. Monitoring the logging errors and classifying to the right team and tracking the same. Working closely with Germany /other suppliers and clear tracking of defect trend report. Debugging and supporting the developers to fix the bugs in shorter time. Clear Distinguishing of issues between the Hardware/SDK and Application level. Good communication to Test house, Test managers and responsible counterparts across the regions. Willingness to travel for on field testing.
