The team has Research, Development and Consulting experience across a broad range of industries and medical institutions.Currently we are looking for Analytics/AI Solution Development Leader (Data Science) having aspiration to become Data Scientist with 15 to 20 yrs exp in IT industry with 5+ years in Machine learning / Python development / Data scienceJob descriptionExperience designing, building and testing enterprise AI applications.Experience in Machine learning algorithms implementation in production environment.Experience in Python, and data modelling.Strong SQL server knowledge with database concepts.Understanding of relational and dimensional data modelling.Should have good statistical knowledge and usage of statistical packages in Python.Should have good knowledge in data transformation, data preparation using python/SQL/ADF/Power BI.Should have good knowledge in mathematical algorithms, strong understanding of calculus, differentiation, integration, trigonometry, operations research, and using them in Python coding.Strong understanding of engineering best practices requirement gathering and analysis, design and develop secure and scalable code with unit tests, and documentation.Deep knowledge in the areas of enterprise solution/application architecture, software development, application integration, data management, and SDLCVery strong implementing Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design and clean code principles.Strong command of SQL (MySQL/ PostgreSQL).Strong background culture of delivering projects with First time right and Zero defects in Production.Very strong in delivering high quality code and following continuous delivery.Good delegation and time management skillsShould have problem-solving abilitiesShould have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Should adhere to the security requirement of Bloom Value.Responsibilities1. Identify and analyse user requirements.2. Plan and execute all deployment of system features and monitor for successful integration, maintaining the system throughout its lifecycle.3. Integrate user-facing elements into applications4. Test and debug programs5. Write well-designed, efficient code.6. Improve functionality of existing systems7. Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions.Additional skills:Passion for the business of hospital finance and operations transformationMust have implemented Machine learning in real client projects.At least one year of Formal Degree or certification in Machine Learning or Analytics or Data ScienceExcellent written and verbal communication.Good team player.Qualification:Bachelor of Engineer / Computer Science/ MCA / MS Comp Si + Overall, 15-20 years in IT industry with 5+ years in Machine learning/Python development/ Data science.
