You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Client Profitability Analytics Solutions. You have found the right team. The Wholesale Client Profitability Analytics Solutions Associate will work on a range of projects coordinating client profitability data and reporting improvements. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess analytical, critical thinking and project management capabilities as well as sound organizational and communication skills. Job Responsibilities :

• Work collaboratively with business and technology stakeholders to deliver proactive solutions, prioritize requests, and improve client profitability data and reporting
• Conduct analyses on key issues impacting client profitability to determine root cause and deliver quality documentation capturing proposed solutions
• Build and maintain key relationships across business stakeholders (e.g., project managers, business users, subject matter experts), and operations and technology partners
• Support WCP production related activities with project impact analyses, thorough unit and end-to-end testing, and subject matter expertise
• Prepare and distribute data driven communications, profitability presentations, and business analyses with accuracy and adherence to JPMC brand style guidelines

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Solutions, Data Science, or similar discipline. 3+ years of experience in financial services, business analytics, project management, or equivalent.
• Superior written and verbal business communication, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff
• Ability to work independently in a fast moving environment
• Effectively prioritize and multi-task
• Advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with ability to synthesize large data sets and identify targeted, crisp messages- Competence to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts across all levels
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word; prior experience with Qlik Sense, Tableau, Cognos, Python and Alteryx is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile processes, Confluence, JIRA, JIRA queries, JQL is a plus
