Analyst/Senior Analyst - Structured Finance (2-8 years)

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai

Join our team as a Structured Finance Analyst at a leading Ratings and Research Firm. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing and rating structured financial products such as Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDO), and Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO). If you possess a master\'s degree and have 2 to 8 years of experience in structured finance, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team.

Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough financial analysis of structured products, including cash flow modeling and stress testing.

• Assign credit ratings to structured financial instruments following established methodologies.
• Stay updated with market trends and regulatory changes in structured finance.
• Engage with clients to provide insights, address queries, and explain rating methodologies.
• Generate comprehensive research reports and present rating recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements: * A Master\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in structured finance analysis, including ABS, CDO, and CLO.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Knowledge of credit risk assessment and rating methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
