Job description: NucleusTeq is looking for a dynamic and passionate person who wants to explore the verticals of tech recruitment. What would you do? You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people-related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development, and culture. You will be working as a part of the HR Operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations. HR operations and operational HR services include administrative services, job analysis, and employee relationship management Basic Requirements

• Graduation is must
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Should be smart and diligent good command of MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Technical knowledge and awareness of the latest IT emerging technologies
• Must have exposure to complete life cycle of a contract, full time IT recruitment process, and end-to-end recruitment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skillsets as per client's requirements.
• Should stay updated with Technical knowledge and awareness of the latest emerging IT technologies
• Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Dice, Career Builder,),.
• Support recruiters with scheduling interviews, coordinating with the Talent Guide team.
• Correspond with candidates including sending meeting requests via Google calendar.
• Experience handling multiple priorities, while taking a proactive approach and maintaining a strong attentional to detail.
• Conduct phone, Zoom, and/ or in-person interviews.
