The Role: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for performing financial analysis , preparing financial reports , and providing financial guidance to the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis , including forecasting , budgeting , and variance analysis.
• Prepare financial reports , including monthly , quarterly , and annual reports.
• Provide financial guidance to the organization , including recommendations for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Conduct research and analysis on financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments under the company to gather financial data and ensure accuracy of financial reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models and other analytical tools to support decision making.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
• Preparation of information docket Information Memorandum , Financial Models Assist the business line heads in transaction and structuring of deals.
• Create business strategies for key clients. Conduct secondary research as a part of transaction advisory assignments.
• Co-ordinate and work with various City Leads on transactions Skills Required:
• Excellent analytical , communication , and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and modelling

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) first attempt - Mandatory
• MBA from Tier 1 & 2 Business Schools 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
• Hands on experience in Real Estate Capital Markets transactions is preferred.
