Business Unit: Knowledge Services MMGS a unit of MMC is seeking candidate for the Analyst in Cyber Risk Consulting (CRC) Team in Knowledge Services function. As a part of the role, the colleague would support the Marsh International CRC Leader to help manage content and financial planning. This position is in MMGS’ Mumbai office at Hiranandani, Powai. Job Title: Analyst, Strategy Support, Cyber Risk Consulting International What can you expect?

• Close collaboration with the CRC International leader to help him manage his day to day back office activities
• Work closely with other leaders and support functions to facilitate the development of training courses customer presentations , newsletters etc

We will count on you to:

• Support development and designing of training courses in collaboration with CRC leaders and training team.
• Help in developing customer presentation with CRC value propositions in collaboration with CRC leaders.
• Develop newsletters and collaterals to proliferate meaningful developments / achievements in the CRC space to Marsh Advisory colleagues
• Ideate and support creation of visually appealing content such as infographics
• Help the CRC International Leader with financial planning and reporting – coordinating with various teams to align on revenues, target vs achievement etc.
• Support the CRC International Leader in managing his communications to the larger teams and preparing materials/documents/presentations to facilitate workshops, months meetings etc.

What you need to have:

• Masters / Bachelors in journalism, media studies or related qualification
• Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Power point, and Word
• 1 to 3 years of experience in supporting a leader as an executive assistant.
• Robust writing skills with proficiency in English – the analyst will be collating and developing content frequently
• Demonstrate good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Have the confidence to co-ordinate with senior executives and sales leaders to understand content requirements
• Strong organizational skills with time and task prioritization, and the ability to manage more than one project at a time with strict deadlines
• Ability to deliver independently along with showcasing the ability to be a team player whenever need arises
