About This Role:

• The role entails a strong involvement in analyzing and improving reporting dashboards
• May serve as a team member or core team lead depending on project requirement.
• The candidate must have a desire to utilize their skills to solve reporting/technical/complex problems in a hands-on manner, working in a fast-paced environment, and across multiple functions.
• Coordination of activities across different functions to support the growing organization.
• Researches and applies new technologies, development techniques and best practices by leveraging experience, industry contacts, seminars, and books.
• Ability to think and execute strategically and innovatively.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Management of Reporting, its publication, circulation and run support.
• Designing views, creating optimum data model, data structure and development of best in class dashboard in Tableau/ visualization platforms to provide financial support / analysis to Senior leadership to drive efficient spending & long-term growth
• Stakeholder partnering to understand the report requirement.
• Accountable for technical issue resolution including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds, and defect correction
• Provides on-going user assistance and support for dashboards.
• Ensure Data Quality and Data Governance
• Implement Quality requirements in all aspects of report development process.
• Determines and develops approach to solutions. Work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting objectives.
• Creates immediate to mid-range plans to carry out CoE's objectives.
• Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet and comply quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific

Professional Qualification & Experience

What We're Looking for:

Minimum Qualifications-

• CA/CWA/ MBA from Tier 1 B-Schools Or

B.E/MCA/ diploma /certificate in Computer Application with 8-14 years of relevant experience

• Expertise with data tools and programming languages including SQL/Python/R/SAS
• Tableau and/or Alteryx will be added edge
• Strong communication skill is desired
• Relevant experience of a minimum period of 8 years in multinational company / manufacturing set up

• Highly adaptable, flexible and willing to accept new ideas, processes and tools
• Open to work on different shifts depending on process requirement (Operation window-4.30am-10.30pm)
