Summary of PositionAlcon is looking to hire Source to Contract Analyst who provides essential support for our contract and sourcing operations. The Analyst will collaborate with Source-to-Contract internal stakeholders and suppliers. The Analyst will facilitate end-to-end workflow processes, guide stakeholders, and optimize processes to drive business outcomes.Job PurposeContract: The S2C Analyst provides support across all buy-side contract types, spanning designated region(s) and/or function(s). The analyst will engage cross-functional internal stakeholders and suppliers in support of the process.Sourcing: The S2C Analyst will facilitate the entire sourcing support process inclusive of sourcing events (Requests for Information (RFI), Quotation (RFQ), and Proposal (RFP)) and Auctions (Reverse, Forward, Dutch). Analyst would be the primary technical contact for cross-functional internal stakeholders and suppliers.The purpose is to ensure a best-in-class, first-line support for all Source-to-Contract activities, delivering efficient and effective processes which contribute to the overall success of Procurement and our internal business partners.Major AccountabilitiesMajor accountabilities for the position include:Strong expertise to guide end users through end-to-end (E2E) processes for S2C, have good understanding of the full source-to-pay lifecycle. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for SAP Ariba Sourcing and Icertis CLM tools and their respective processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the ability to lead others in the process Prepare and provide system reports to monitor and track sourcing projects/events and active contracts in the process lifecycle. Proactively follow up with end-users and functional experts when KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and SLA\xe2\x80\x99s are exceeded, respectively. Deliver initial and ongoing end-user training, including post-upgrade training documentation and delivery. Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices, standard operating procedures, and guidelines. Provide Level 1 support ticket triage and resolution, including interfacing with Admin team(s) for Icertis and Ariba.Key Performance IndicatorsOrganizational targets are met; delivery against customer support metrics, including efficiency and effectiveness of ticket resolution as well as overall customer satisfactionAssure efficient and effective source-to-contract execution and process support by providing high quality service to the business.Education:University degree or equivalent (e.g. BSc, BA) in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (ideally with technical focus).Preferably formally trained in contracting/sourcingLanguages:Excellent command of written and spoken English, other major languages are a plusExperience:2 to 4 years post university business experience such as procurement, legal, IT, or customer supportExperience with a contract management system(s) preferred (SAP Ariba Contracting/Icertis is a plus).Proficiency in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
