Primary Objective of the position:

Under direct supervision, you will with work with the site systems master data across multiple platforms to make new changes, perform necessary updates, work with local users on requests, and work with the global and local teams on new updates. Additional tasks include participation in SAP ERP implementation, managing local correspondence for IT tickets, assisting with software validation, and assisting with local SQL based software.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage day-to-day product data changes.
  • Maintain master data tickets in corporate request systems (SNOW, JIRA and UNITE) and perform necessary follow ups
  • Execute data changes as requested through the data change control process for both minor and complex changes.
  • Process New Item Creation (NPDI) tool for upload and creation of new part numbers
  • Work with the local and global NPDI team on using the tool and creating necessary upload files. Including use of ADAPT tool.
  • Help implement mass data change requests and clean-up projects.
  • Prepare files for mass updates as requested through global master data team.
  • Member of the local team for future changes to the SAP system as the master data representative
  • Perform data updates in local SQL based software for maintaining product design files (CM-apps suite)
  • Perform regular reviews of master data sources and drive updates as needed to ensure consistency.
  • Assist manager in writing and performing software validations.
  • Assist manager in executing operations-based improvements within the scope of master data.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Criteria:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline.
  • Industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP master data maintenance and SQL.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Good in written and spoken English. Moreover, should have the capability to work with teams from different geographies and peoples from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work across cultures with good email and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to work during US time zone and correspond effectively with team member remotely.
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and SQL databases
  • Knowledge of GxP/regulated environments
  • Experience with validations and tools like HPALM is a plus.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • Attention to detail.
