Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support as secondary system administrator for the Salesforce
• Effectively act as the liaison between our users, leaders, application maintenance & development teams
• Work with team members and project lead to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities
• Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new system enhancement requests.
• Work independently with members of the user community to help them meet the business requirements
• Assist in educating new users, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
• Support end-to-end license management process (Activation, deactivation, adding/removing additional permissions, reassigning assets, welcome email etc.)
• Work with the development team to create the solution design documents as needed for the project
• Write sample code, client libraries, and contribute to Open Source projects.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, custom workflows, approval process, process builder automation, enabling validation rules, SQL, Security model of SFDC and ability to design role hierarchy based on business rules and process, a good understanding of SF DX and automated tools.
• Good Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to provide technical support and solution to the business
• Manage Sandbox refresh and standard upgrade.
• Identify process improvements within the Tool
• Salesforce certification is preferred.
