Department Overview
The Technology function within the Technology, Finance and Investment Admin department provides IT services to the Fidelity International business, globally. These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, compliance, finance, legal, and marketing and customer service functions. The broader organisation incorporates Infrastructure services that the firm relies on to operate on a day to day basis including data centre, networks, proximity services, security, voice, incident management and remediation.

Job Overview
The position is for an application support specialist in Record Keeping Support team.
Need highly motivated individual to work in Retail Administration System support team for supporting applications based on MS-SQL (Client Money AutoRek) but interfacing with other AAA applications / components like Sonata, GFAS, Informatica, Control-M, JDE etc. as well as systems of 3rd party associates and partners.
In order to provide support and services to customers, the successful candidate may be required to work UK or India business hours & provide On-call support outside the normal business hours. This demanding role would perfectly suit a dynamic individual looking to work in a fast paced environment to ensure the smooth running of business critical systems
