Better requires process, discipline, and simplification

You will act as a guardian of our website and mobile apps. While working closely with our Digital Support, Site health and APIs product teams, you will monitor apps and website performance to solve our customer experience issues and ensure optimal user experience at all times. You will work as a Product Owner in agile process, lead in-house teams using agile scrum methodology and ensure scheduled product feature delivery. Evaluate new capabilities by prototyping on Web, Android and IOS and analyze data to generate reports, analytics, and recommendations. Also, you will run A/B tests, prepare recommendations to improve conversions. You will be interacting with various groups around the globe, including becoming the SME for specific tasks.

For this role, you are Graduate in Engineering or Equivalent Degree holder with at least 2-4 years in product management, having worked as a Product Manager for web and/or mobile software products (B2B or B2C). You will have expertise in product analytics and KPI tracking and experience in Agile Scrum methodologies with frequent production release cycles is a plus. You have ability to understand, evaluate and discuss technical integration scenarios, architectural concepts and break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. You will have an entrepreneurial drive and would have demonstrated the ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
