At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.Job OverviewTE Connectivity\'s Product Marketing teams generate customer demand and loyalty by developing, deploying and measuring the results of clear and compelling product marketing programs for both new product introductions (NPIs), legacy product promotions and technology solutions, focusing on driving awareness and demand for products and technologies in collaboration with PM, Sales and Channel partners. They create effective marketing programs by working with internal and external creative resources to develop videos, print advertisement, presentations, brochures, etc. that result in lead generation and product sales that support both high impact product launches and improve sales in weaker product lines by driving sales and brand preference. They also manage product launches and account capture marketing plans through marketing automation technologies such as Salesforce.com and Eloqua and define, measure and report on the return of all demand marketing activities and investments.Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Product Marketing Analyst will be responsible for introducing and promoting new products on a global level.

• Gatekeeper of product readiness for external promotion, like cost- and pricing set up.
• Continuous improvement of the Industrial NPI process together with the BU process owner to help drive continuous improvement activities within the NPI process to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Benchmark against competitors to ensure best-in-class new product introductions.
• Perform keyword research for Product Group Page (PGP) to ensure the products are easily discoverable by our target audience.
• Update the PGP with all new collaterals created for the launch (flyer, images, video, part numbers, etc.) ensuring customers have access to relevant and updated information.

Competencies And Experience Required/Desired

• BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of expereince.
• Excellent relationship management, presentation and communications skills that establish trust, credibility, and respect.
• Experience with SAP is a preferred.
• Ability to influence internal business partners with whom no direct reporting relationship exists
• Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) a must
• Experience in SEO is a must.
• Experience in AEM will be beneficial, but not essential.
