Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide analytics insights:Collect and analyze internal data such as spend and customer requirements, analyzing historic spend data and identifying trends and patterns.Support strategy and Procurement optimization processes by providing data insights measuring.Procurement and supplier performance providing recommendations for actions.
• Support value tracking and budget integration:Collects required data for budgeting process as per defined budgeting schedule.Monitors savings (identified and realized) and reports saving progress.
• Produce standard and ad hoc business intelligence reports as required:Implement, verify, modify, and distribute reports according to pre-defined reporting schedules.Create and communicate critical metric reports on regular basis based on defined list of critical metrics. Collaborate with external providers to provide market intelligence reports as required.
• Deliver business impact through practical insights.Perform procurement analytics to deliver practical insights to larger procurement team to enable significant business impact.
• Leverage sophisticated analytics and other automation solutions to deliver (semi) automated analytics at scale.

Minimum Requirements

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring to the role:

• Education: University/Advanced degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Statistics.

Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in business management/operations/supply chain is preferred.

• Languages: English (excellence in speaking and writing), additional languages desirable.
• Experience and Skills: >6 years of working experience in procurement market intelligence and analytics capabilities.Experience in market research, cost modelling, benchmarking and reporting solutions.Strong knowledge of procurement market intelligence concepts such as Porter\xe2\x80\x99s 5 Forces, SWOT, Kraljic matrix, PESTLE analysis etc.Experience in building a strong procurement intelligence capability and running the operational aspects of it.
• Experience in managing large data sets and external databases (Bloomberg, D&B, etc.).

strong statistical analysis and interpretation skills.Expertise in MS tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).Advanced communications and presentation skills. Strong written communications.

• An organized, methodical problem solver with a high attention to detail.Sound Eye for business and knowledge. High degree of adaptability and flexibility.
• Ability to work in virtual teams and with remote customers.Ability to build relationships and trust.A self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
