The Communication Analyst supports the client-facing Communication Strategists and Relationship Managers. The role is responsible for project managing the development and delivery of participant communication materials. The Communication Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely communications relating to plan activity.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project manages simple-to-complex participant communication deliverables using templated or custom-created materials. Modifies materials based on client needs. Ensures timely delivery of multi-channel and multi-touch communication strategies for plan sponsors. Manages timelines and adheres to time sensitive deadlines. Partners with internal and external teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of communication materials, ensuring projects are within the defined process and budget. Anticipates industry regulatory communication requirements and ensures appropriate communications are leveraged for plan sponsors. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business, journalism, communications, finance or relevant field preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS
Retirement industry experience; typically a minimum three years, including knowledge of defined contribution, defined benefit, non-qualified plans. Exceptional project management skills. Strong writing and relationship building skills. High competency in Microsoft Office Suite and aptitude to quickly learn other systems/software. Adaptable to a fluid work environment and seasonal spikes in workload. Uses established procedures to perform assigned tasks.
