Indirect Tax Analyst
Job Title: Indirect Tax Analyst
Experience Level desired: 5-6 years
Desired Qualities:
- Masters Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce.
- US GAAP knowledge with CPA is preferred.
- 4 + years of experience in Sales tax with a public accounting firm (preferably Big 6 accounting firm) or equivalent experience in a large corporate tax department is preferred.
- Experience in Sales tax with a public accounting firm or equivalent experience in a large corporate tax department is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles; CPA is preferred.
- Experience in using data and analytical tools including Excel and data visualization tools is preferred.
- Experience with One Source and Net Suite, or similar tax software and general ledger system, is preferred.
- Ability to lead and manage process transitions with a focus on timely completion
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with limited direction and guidance.
- High motivation and enthusiasm to learn. Experience of working in a startup service center organization will be a plus.
- Experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally
- Ability to identify areas for improvement & propose innovative solutions
- Europe Shift working - with some stretch during peak days
