This is a highly collaborative role with a primary focus on providing Process ownership and oversight for CEG Personnel Files and Verification of Employment, as well as Project Management support for several global strategic initiatives within the Colleague Servicing team. How will you make an impact in this role This will involve looking at process and service metrics, identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities and ensuring process documentation (process maps, SOPs, etc.) are up to date. As the process owner, this person will provide specialist and expert advice and input across multiple engagements, such as risk assessments, system enhancements, etc. In addition, this person will be responsible for planning and driving key continuous improvement projects within the wider global servicing team, focused on increasing process and service delivery efficiency, enhancing our data capabilities, and improving colleague experience across our core services. Provide process ownership and support for Personnel Files and Verification of Employment, advising on best practices and problem-solving to constantly improve efficiency and colleague experience Partner with a wide variety of stakeholders across CEG, the business and technology to drive continuous improvement projects and initiatives Lead the development of process documentation and ensure accurate maintenance (e.g., process maps, SOPs) Support the improvement of case and query management processes and related colleague communications in partnership with Colleague Service Centre, to simplify and improve colleague experience Support with key servicing data and reporting enhancements Provide support and lead strategic initiatives/projects Minimum Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience Organized self-starter, who loves working in strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders, with a solid understanding of what exceptional customer service and process design looks like. Understanding of CEG practices with process improvement/reengineering experience Project management experience, with ability to plan, prioritize and track milestones. This will include a proven ability to coordinate and facilitate project calls/meetings etc., with cross functional teams Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly fluent in English written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and as part of cross functional teams Strong analytical and reporting skills High standards of integrity and professionalism Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office related products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Preferred Qualifications HR/CEG experience preferred People Leadership experience preferred American Express is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, disability status, age, or any other status protected by law.
