The HR Operations team effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization's legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses.

This role in summary


The purpose of this job is to to take care of the HR Operations responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include


Payroll and Employee Benefits :
  • Working closely with the Payroll team to provide right payroll information.
  • Helping employees with queries related Group Medical Insurance, Group Term Life Insurance, Group Personal Accident Policies.
  • Addressing Employee Health Insurance issues and closely working with Insurance vendors for closing the cases on priority.
Employee Data Management:
  • Headcount data analytics as per business needs.
  • Monthly HC reports, maintaining HRIS Report on an ongoing basis.
  • Maintaining employees personal files and records.
Employee Life Cycle Management and Employee Experience :
  • End to end Employee Onboarding & Separation process
  • Executing processes specific to Employee Life Cycle as Policies.
  • Ensuring the HR System (Success Factor) is updated with the right reporting.
  • Creating and sustaining a cadence of governance to ensure right documentation is maintained and process is adhered to.
  • Employee query management.
Vendor Management :
  • Contract Resources Onboarding & Separation
  • Monthly Invoice validation & processing with the Finance team for payments.
  • Statutory Compliance Audit to make sure Vendors are complying with the labour laws.
  • Maintaining Invoices files for future records


Minimum requirements


  • Master?s Degree/MBA in Human Resources / Industrial / Labor Relations from a reputed university or business school
  • At least 8+ years? of relevant HR experience in capacity of Deputy Manager HR Operations role with right scale and size
  • Should be good in maintaining employee data, generating reports & creating in HR dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently HR Operations priorities and hands of experience in handling a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and abilities to effectively communicate with employees, partners and global stakeholders at all necessary levels.
  • Change Management and conflict resolution skill, & hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
  • Business acumen, process facilitation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle HR processes and practices in a highly matrix global organization
  • Strong reporting, analytical and data interpretation skills & good working knowledge of labor laws, HR policies and practices.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with a missionary zeal to exceed goals.
  • Strong communication skills coupled with influencing ability, business acumen and relationship management.
  • Good experience in Global Mobility and understanding of immigration processes for all the global regions.
  • Working knowledge of Success Factors will be an added advantage.
