We are looking for an Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team in Mumbai. Salesforce based commercial operations is Kroll\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s one of the critical success components. Salesforce data team members play an essential role in maintaining a high level of data quality and standards. This role interacts directly with Kroll colleagues around the world with respect to Salesforce data management, data processes, queries, and issue resolution by executing data management tasks with precision and speed. The position requires time sensitive evaluation of new data being entered directly in Salesforce and integrated into Salesforce by other marketing and business applications.

This is a Hybrid role and would need the aspirant to be comfortable working in 2pm - 11pm shift.\xc3\x82

Responsibilities

• Responsible for real-time handling and delivery of recurring data tasks including Salesforce account validation, new contacts review, records creation, and duplicate merging.
• Processes new Salesforce data being generated in response to central commercial operations.\xc3\x82
• Executes general short and long-term data cleansing processes to increase overall Salesforce data quality.
• Assesses data requests submitted by users and responds or escalates as appropriate.
• Performs non-Salesforce related research assignments as necessary.
• Prepares project work for quality review by senior team colleagues/leads.
• Execute routine and on demand data analytics reporting leveraging Salesforce native capabilities.

Position Knowledge / Skills and Abilities Requirements

• Graduate/B.Sc. IT/B.Sc. Math/BCA/MCA (preferred).
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via email and on client calls when required.
• Good to know but not mandatory to have experience of CRM systems (Salesforce/Dynamics).
• Good to have knowledge of sales/marketing operations.
• Ability to manage sensitive, confidential information.
• Knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and other advanced features.
• Knowledge of internet research to verify company and professional information through open resources.
