Role: Testing and Evaluation of HVAC system in All Weather Chassis Dynamometer Lab & Lab upkeep Responsibility: Testing of HVAC systems (ICE / EV veh) and components to meet specifications Operate independently as the expert in the assigned area, Design of test to confirm the desired performance outcome, Make test plan along with design team Upkeep of test equipment\'s & Lab Quality problem solving & test data analysis to find root cause and countermeasures Competency Requirement: Technical/Functional: Understanding of HVAC system & good theoretical knowledge about the Refrigeration cycle and related components Experience in operating and maintain test setup Ability to analyze test data & draw key observations from the test data and make conclusion Ability to comprehend & present test data in a meaningful way & propose suitable root cause/countermeasure that may affect the HVAC performance Behavioral: Good knowledge of Microsoft excel, PowerPoint Have Positive attitude, Team player and Good Communication skills Specific Expertise for Functional Area: Experience in HVAC system testing with Automotive OEM, HVAC system supplier or Residential/commercial AC OEMs Knowledge of CAD working on Unigraphics etc. Understanding of Applicable Regulation & Testing requirements Eligibility: Education:- B.E / B.TECH IN MECHNICAL ENGG MINIMUM 60% MARKS M.E/ M.TECH IN THERMAL (MECHANICAL) ENGG (preferred) Experience:- 2-6 years
