Manage distributors (Non-Sales) and plan their training from time to time. \xe2\x96\xaa Make business partners aware of the process, policies, and company culture \xe2\x96\xaa Helping distributor organizations & their employees regarding Processes, Purchase Order Billing, Collections, Grooming, and Training of Front-line Force (FLF). \xe2\x96\xaa Maintaining the stock placement and flow in the market. \xe2\x96\xaa Coordinating all the necessary documentation required for the distributor. \xe2\x96\xaa Prepare reports like target v/s achievement, market audit, stock report, etc. \xe2\x96\xaa Coordination Distributor and sales support team members. \xe2\x96\xaa Increase Business with new scheme and plan. \xe2\x96\xaa Coordinate events and programs. \xe2\x96\xaa Maintain good relationships with business partners. \xe2\x96\xaa Developing all the Zonal Distributors\xe2\x80\x99 Infrastructure. \xe2\x96\xaa Key Responsibility \xe2\x80\x93 Enhancing the process of the Distributor\xe2\x80\x99s Organization. Skills: \xe2\x96\xaa Good Presentation skills and Good interpersonal skills \xe2\x96\xaa Self-driven, Proactive, Able to handle pressure & drive to take initiatives \xe2\x96\xaa Good at working on Excel and PowerPoint for making Reports and Presentations. \xe2\x96\xaa Young and Energetic, Presentable, Confident, and Smart \xe2\x96\xaa Ability in problem-solving. \xe2\x96\xaa Experience in Mobile Industry will be preferred \xe2\x96\xaa Preferably Immediately Joining. \xe2\x96\xaa Ready to travel across MP Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Benefits:
