Our core team comprises alumni from IIT, IIM, ISB, Wharton, St. Xavier- s, London Business School, and other top schools across the world, with significant experience in developing and delivering emotional wellness products to individual users, corporates, and insurance companies.About the Role :\xc2\xa0- Amaha is looking to build on the traction gained by its corporate wellness program over the past couple of years. To realise our vision of making emotional health support accessible in every workplace, we are looking to add high-quality Sales professionals to our Growth and Business Development function. The role entails supporting the Head of Partnerships by driving growth & market share in the wellness/Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) space focusing on medium & large enterprises, insurance partners, and educational institutions.Key Responsibilities :\xc2\xa0- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and the strategies, tactics, and resources to achieve the goals- Develop a keen understanding of the competitive landscape- Develop a deep understanding of the mental health industry and the company\'s products- Actively generate leads through multiple sources including personal network- Set up and attend in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients- Consultative selling to prospective corporate and university clients- Preparing and submitting quotes and proposals to clients and converting them into business- Follow up with the corporate clients with a view to securing mandates- Ensuring smooth handover of the accounts to the operations team- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high net promoter score to drive renewals and referrals- Collaborate with Amaha\'s servicing team to ensure a seamless experience for the client- Continuous monitoring & improvement of key sales metrics, including conversion rates at every step of the sales cycle.Skills & Qualifications :\xc2\xa0- MBA from a top-ranking business school- 4-5 years of corporate sales experience in health insurance, insurance broking, or TPA industries- An excellent personal network comprising of CHROs, Total Rewards/Benefits/C&B heads- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational skills- Ability to understand client objectives and collaboratively offer creative win-win solutions- Comfortable with flexible work timings and traveling- Self-starter with the ability to work independentlyWhat is it like working at Amaha ?- The learning opportunities are limitless and we guarantee an exciting and transparent work culture.
