Job description
1. Short listing the candidate from different portals, professional media platforms(like LinkedIn etc.) and through reference and head hunting. 2. Taking telephonic interviews to understand the candidate and check the communication skills 3. Screening and scheduling the candidates. Taking preliminary round of interviews. 4. Scheduling the interviews with HOD and HR Head as and when required. 5. Preparing Data base and recruitment tracker on daily basis. 6. Making the candidate understand about the Job description. 7. Mapping of the organization and the vertical 8. Negotiation at the time of making offer. 9. Follow up with the clients as well as Candidates till joining. 10. Maintaining relations with on-boarded employees for any issues or grievances, if they have. 11. Apart from that other HR Operational work as and when required.
