• Experienced and strategic Lead Consultant to spearhead the design and implementation of a robust Data Centre Disaster Recovery (DC-DR) architecture for banks
• Strong understanding of data centre operations, virtualization, cloud platforms, and network architecture.
• Familiarity with banking regulatory frameworks and compliance mandates.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications preferred: CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, AWS/Azure Architect

Domain Expertise:

• Assess current data centre and DR capabilities.
• Design a scalable, secure, and compliant DC-DR architecture tailored to banking operations.
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment.
• Identify critical systems and recovery objectives (RTO/RPO).
• Recommend technologies and vendors for DR solutions (e.g., cloud-based DR, hybrid models).
• Evaluate existing infrastructure for DR readiness.
• Develop DR plans, runbooks, and failover procedures.
• Oversee DR drills and testing cycles to validate architecture and readiness.
• Produce detailed architecture documents, DR policies, and operational guidelines.
