Job Description

:
A. Inventory and Supply Chain Management
The primary objective in this area is to strengthen inventory efficiency, optimize the product portfolio, and ensure seamless product availability across all sales channels.
Inventory Optimization & Availability:
Maintain consistently high fill rates across all product ranges and SKUs throughout the year to maximize sales potential.
Proactively monitor stock levels and implement robust strategies to significantly reduce Out-Of-Stock (OOS) occurrences and minimize stock concerns.
Manage and streamline the entire reorder process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely replenishment cycles.
Lifecycle and Portfolio Management:
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure seamless supply chain connectivity for all new product launches.
Lead the identification, analysis, and execution of liquidation strategies for ageing or concern stock to free up working capital and warehouse space.
Drive discontinuation planning and active portfolio management initiatives based on sales data, market trends, and inventory health metrics.
Process Excellence:
Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain execution.
B. GTMT and Kiosk Channel Management & Business Development
The primary objective in this area is to drive growth, enhance brand presence, and achieve operational targets within the General Trade Modern Trade (GTMT) and Kiosk channels.
Business & Growth Achievement:
Achieve and exceed the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets for both GTMT and Kiosk channels.
Deliver consistent Year-over-Year (YoY) growth for both assigned channels through strategic planning and execution.
Execution & Merchandising:
Ensure robust SKU fill rates specifically within the GTMT and Kiosk channels to maximize shelf availability.
Plan, implement, and monitor key activations and promotional campaigns for all major product launches within these channels.
Oversee the continuous updation of space and Visual Merchandising (VM) elements for both channels, ensuring alignment with Nykaa's latest brand design language and elevating brand presence.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the key operational liaison between the central supply chain team and the channel sales teams to ensure alignment on stock availability and sales initiatives.
