The ideal candidate will provide efficient IT support remotely and on-site, to our global client base, with a specific focus on supporting and maintaining the Alteryx system and associated use cases.
Key responsibilities within the role:
Delivering remote support and escalating IT issues when necessary
Utilise investigative lines of questioning to perform effective and informative fault finding and troubleshooting activities
Investigating remote monitoring alerts to provide proactive responses
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software related technical issues
Diagnosing and resolving performance related technical issues
Installation of software to desktops and laptops
Become involved with the implementation of the system, shadowing the installation team and become familiar with the configuration and set-up of the system
Be familiar with the development life cycle, taking new use cases through development, testing and into a production release
Qualifications
A good understanding of Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server software and architecture, ETL tools including Informatica and Oracle Data Integrator
You should be friendly and approachable with effective communication skills
Have a genuine concern for quality, striving to do an excellent job, as an individual and team member
A passion for IT with support experience
A practical mindset and perseverance due to the nature of the role
