Role/ Job Title: Alliances & Partnerships Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Source, negotiate and finalize deals & offer constructs by liaising with Alliance partners or brands directly form the bank\'s end
2. Analyse & monitor performance of offers and make suitable modifications; publish periodic dashboards/MIS to business.
Secondary Responsibilities:
1. Managing partner contracts as well as ensure receipt of regular payments
2. Liaise with business teams to ensure promotion of sourced offers
3. Ensure compliance /legal guidelines are followed while running offer promotions
Key Success Metrics:
Increase in DC txns value & volume/ activation %age which can be attributed to offers run by alliance team.
Education/Experience-
MBA Graduate with relevant experience in alliances and partnerships.
