Responsible for preparing a wide variety of dishes across multiple cuisines as per restaurant standards.
Must be skilled in Indian, Continental, Chinese, and Goan cuisine preparation.
Handle all kitchen sections including starters, mains, and desserts as required.
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control for all dishes.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
Supervise kitchen helpers and ensure smooth coordination during service hours.
Manage stock, assist in daily inventory checks, and inform management of any shortages.
Capable of working independently and handling busy kitchen operations efficiently.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food items.
Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive attitude in the kitchen.
