Channel Manager (From Pharma Industry- Rxn/ OTC/ Medical Equipments only)
Brief :
- Distribution Penetration: Collaboration with Field managers to deepen distribution penetration in chosen markets.
- Coordinate with Distribution team and IT team to ensure distributors are appointed in system on time.
- CRM system: Ensure optimum usage of system by field force and bring newer functionalities to leverage system to its full potential.
- Working with other departments like Finance, HR etc. for HO related coordination tasks.
- Analytics on various KPIs and present in-sights to leadership and present in various forums
Key Result Areas:
- Improvement in distribution penetration in Algrow division
- Optimum CRM system usage
- Analytical dashboards to present meaningful and actionable in-sights to improve sales outcome.
Skills required:
- Very good understanding of pharma distribution channel and hands-on experience in the same.
- Very good understanding of pharma CRM system and sales processes and ability to influence pharma sales force to use system
- Very good in presenting and preparing analytical dashboards (Excel)
