- Provide support on email/chat, social media and remote desktop
- Follow defined policies & procedures
- Document problems in the company system 
- Resolves technical issues forwarded by other team members
- Maintains/builds relationships with other groups that impact the technical aspect for phone support

- Knowledge of job associated database, software and documentation
- Problem solving skills
- Good communication Skills
- Good Typing Skill
- Fair understanding about operating systems
