To learn how we can supercharge progress for you,An Ideal Candidate:Overall, 5-6 years of experience in Quality/Process Excellence/Transformation function in driving continuous improvement & transformation projects/initiatives. Exposure to projects using lean six sigma methodology, being certified is an advantage. Well versed with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), knowledge of Google Sheets, Slides and Google Data Studio preferred. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply business judgment to complex problems and make decisionsKey Competencies:
1. Drives & supports in the execution of all approved quality improvements and strategic transformation projects.
2. Support an integrated program of change initiatives across all lines of service and functional areas all of which are aligned to business strategy.
3. Conduct end-to-end process study to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Develops and supports advanced analytics.
5. Designs and oversees data collection plans 6. Independently supports DMAIC, DFSS.
7. Conceptualizing and completing Green Belt projects aimed at driving End-to-End business impact to processes.
8. Spearhead activities involving performance management on key metrics through managing process control, corrective and preventive actions.
9. Manage client related KPIs 10. Evaluate .
