The candidate will work on developing the solutions as well as training the Go-To-Market teams for the delivery and support of the solutions to Hitachi Vantara customers.Location: Pune or Hyderabad, India.Job Functions:
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Plan, design, implement, test, and support Hitachi Analytics Infrastructure solutions in the lab.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Develop and deliver test plans, lab reports, technical presentations, and white papers to promote the Hitachi Vantara solutions.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Deliver proof-of-concept configurations and analysis to be demonstrated and presented to customers and Hitachi Vantara internal personnel.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Support, assist, and consult with all levels of Hitachi Vantara, including Account Executives, Product Management, Product Marketing, Product Support, VP, etc, through delivery of technical presentations and reports.Primary Qualifications:Technical Skills:
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 3 years of experience in designing and building complex integrated solutions.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 5+ years of experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Good understanding of Analytics, AI and Gen AI Ecosystem components: (Any two combination of following is okay)
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Languages and libraries: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 AI/ML algorithms: RNN/CNN, Transformer, GBDT
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Performance benchmark such as TPC, MLPerf etc.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Any NVIDIA container frameworks such as NeMo, Clara, etc.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 High speed compute, network, and storage design for 100s of GPUs to process 100s of Petabyte of data
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Nice to have - Understanding of (Any three of the following is okay):
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Generative AI - training, fine-tuning and inferencing
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Prompt engineering techniques

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Ability to justify and quantify findings and analysis where decisions would impact customers, partners, SALES, REVENUE, and PROFIT, as well as, Hitachi Vantara\'s reputation.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Leadership and project management roles will be assigned for tasks and projects as required.
