Working hands on with new age technologies Working in a fast paced environmnet . Experience in designing, developing, deploying, and operationalizing AI/ML solutions . Deep understanding and experience with popular Deep Learning and Machine Learning techniques and algorithms such as LLMs, Neural Networks, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN), Transformers, etc. . Experience in setting up data pipelines . Fluency in Python and/or R, as well as open-source frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, etc. . Experience in designing cloud-native solutions using AI and other services from Azure, GCP, AWS, etc. . Ability to lead Data Engineers and ML engineers to provide guidance on technical architecture and best practices. . Understanding of security aspects of AI modelling, including data privacy, model explainability, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA. The Successful Applicant . Experience in creating evaluation criteria and framework to assess latest tools and products to be used to create AI solutions . Experience and desire for mentoring and educating team members on the latest trends and innovations in AI . Experience in creating AI/ML assets and accelerators to differentiate the organisation\'s capabilities v/s competitors . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. . A curious and growth mindset with an ability to work on ambiguous problem statements. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to logically figure out solutions. .
